Tafuna Elementary

The school year started off with many challenging tasks for Tafuna Elementary School students, teachers and parents. “Toe sasa’a le fafao,” is a rich Samoan proverbial phrase that delivers a theme focusing on revisiting strategies to improve performance and accountability.

School leaders at the Home of the Angels are proud to share the success of our students in our school’s website. Student accomplishment is our utmost priority and the emphasis of all stakeholders and their commitment in providing effective preparation and implementation. One of our students participated in the National History Day annual celebration this past summer in Washington D.C for receiving the highest recognition in the territorial elementary competition. Aside from students’ successes are fine results of competent teachers in the classroom. Tafuna Elementary School is blessed with Ms. Lita Marie Timoteo as she is honored as the Territorial Teacher of the Year for the school year 2011-2012.

With inspirational daily activities, reminders and angel special projects, the school invites parents, family, friends and all Angel’s alumni to journey with us.
